Tekken x Street Fighter is still coming to current gen

The Namco & Capcom collaboration, Tekken x Street Fighter is still planned for current generation consoles.

Tekken producer Katsuhiro Harada explained the situation:-

“There’s still a large number of players out there with a PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360 who are looking forward to the game, so we feel it’s probably more relevant to get the title out to them on the current hardware.”

“We’re not completely sure,” he continued, “but that’s the direction at this moment.”

Street Fighter x Tekken had it’s flaws with the online code and of course the DLC controversy. Let’s hope Tekken x Street Fighter can restore faith in the fighting community of videogames.
