Original Carrier Command sails back into HMV for one day only.

HMV goes back in time for one day as the original Carrier Command on the Commodore Amiga returns to the London store on Friday 28th September 2012, at Gamerbase Trocadero.

As part of the second day of the London Games Festival, between 10:00am and 6:00pm, players will have the opportunity to revisit the original Amiga classic, with the classic machine hooked up to a large LCD screen.

The new version of the game, Carrier Command Gaea, will also be playable alongside the original, showing how faithful the Xbox 360 version is to the Amiga classic. Gaea will also be playable at HMV Manchester, 90 Market Street; HMV Edinburgh, 130 Princes Street, HMV Glasgow, 235 Buchanan Street for those that can’t get to London.

Everyone who plays the game in-store on Friday 28th September will be entered into a draw to win a brand new Xbox 360. There’s one console up for grabs at each Gamerbase.
