Goodbye Gamestation. GAME Group rebrand Gamestation stores to GAME.

That Gamestation logo above may soon be disappearing from the high street as GAME have released plans to rebrand the Gamestation stores to GAME stores.

MCV have reported that GAME Group, who recently closed a number of stores from both franchises in order to stay in the market, have officially announced their plans for the rebranding, but further details such as what will happen to the current points scheme or gift cards, have yet to be made available.

Being a fan of the brand, I’m sad to see it go, but hopefully it will allow the group to unify under a single brand with a single website and pricing structure, something which has been much needed of late.
