In regards to the lack of news in some places in the navigation bar is due to the fact that it’s recently been updated. The content in the drop-down menu categories (and the “PC” main category) will fill up over time, for now just click the main categories (Microsoft, Nintendo, etc.). Remember to check out the also new “Staff Blog”! We’ll post more updates like this in future!

Greetings! Short message from me just informing everybody of changes being made here at The Joypads. You can see the forum is no longer around, the decision was made to scrap it. Instead we’ll be focusing on bringing a high standard commenting system for our news stories. That’s the biggest change, but keep an eye out for more as we prepare for a better year than the last.

My biggest concern about the Wii U is that Reggie Fils-Aime, Nintendo’s spokesman, claimed that they have “no interest” in their competitors. I appreciate you like to do things your own way, but a new controller alone isn’t going to cut it. At some point in future I will have to pick between the 3, I want to choose the best one. Innovation and independence are good, but not everything.
